Returns & exchanges

Each one of Mayeh Alta Joyería Mexicana’s creations is the result of an artisanal process that has the intervention of many creative hands. Due to this exceptional and inspired design process, the Talavera collection pieces have varying tones and slightly different sizes.

You may request an exchange once you have received the product and it presents a manufacturing or workmanship defect. If this is the case, you must contact us within 24 hours of having received your shipment. Send us a picture of the defective item and your purchase note via WhatsApp to + (52) 222 1 33 32 20 and we will instruct you on the necessary steps to complete the exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you will have 24 hours from receipt of your product to process any exchange, as long as the item has not been used, damaged or tampered with, and the accompanying labels and packaging are in perfect shape. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs, in case of any exchanges. We do not accept returns, only exchanges. On our part, we will provide the best care and service you deserve. For CORPORATE GIFTS and SPECIAL DESIGNS, a render or model will be delivered with the specifications agreed on by the client. Once these specifications are authorized, there will be no exchanges or returns for any reason.
