The tree of life is a very representative handicraft of our Mexico and Mayeh captures this design with seven angel wings representing the seven archangels. This sculpture has two views, the first view represents the characteristic plume of Talavera Poblano and the second view represents the design of the tree of life with the 7 angel wings.
The designer, Ivón Fuentes, shares in this sculptural piece, the representation of the present and the past of Mexico. This work has also been captured in Talavera by the House with the longest tradition and prestige “Uriarte Talavera”.
The design of Talavera is made by hand, since it has been the authentic process of making Talavera for more than 400 years. The talavera has the designation of origin and has continued to be classified as a cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO.
